Shipping Policy

  1. Our shipping partner is India Post and we will share your tracking ID the moment we dispatch your order. You can track it on India Post website : https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx
  2. We recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.
  3. For standard in stock orders, we strive to have these dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. We will send you shipping details once a tracking number has been assigned to the order and let you know what items have left the factory.

Refunds & Cancellation

COD : We do offer COD, however, only for frequent buyers (minimum 5 sales).

Refund: We ensure complete protection of our goods by bubble wrapping them. If in case your outer package was damaged, we apologise for it as this is not in our control.
